How it works

Five steps for every shipment

Request & quote
You tell us the product, volume and destination. We confirm availability and send a price under the Incoterm you choose.
Quality & documents
We check the goods and prepare the invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and, for fresh food, the phytosanitary certificate.
Booking & freight
We book space by sea or air: refrigerated containers for fresh produce, dry containers or air cargo for the rest.
Customs & re-export
We coordinate clearance in the UAE or keep the goods in the free zone to consolidate and re-export.
Delivery & follow-up
You get tracking updates until the cargo reaches the agreed point of delivery.

Transport

Full container (FCL) or shared container (LCL). Refrigerated reefers for avocado, mango and berries.

For samples, urgent orders and high-value goods such as perfumes and cosmetics.

Goods are received, consolidated and dispatched from the UAE to a third market.

Incoterms® 2020

Rule	Name	What it means for you
EXW	Ex Works	Goods available at our or the supplier's premises. The buyer arranges everything else.
FOB	Free On Board	We deliver the goods loaded on the vessel at the port of origin. Sea freight only.
CFR / CIF	Cost and Freight / Cost, Insurance and Freight	We pay the sea freight to the destination port; with CIF we also include the insurance.
DAP	Delivered At Place	We deliver to the agreed place in the destination country. Import duties are paid by the buyer.
